Different methodologies for different athletes

Set athlete-specific coaching approaches, separate from your default methodology.

Personalized coaching for every athlete

As mentioned in Getting a new athlete set up, athletes may prefer a coaching methodology different from the approach you typically use. That's why Wyder lets you teach the AI co-pilot to use different methodologies for individual athletes.

Similar to how you can make your co-pilot aware of your own methodology as a coach, you can set up athlete-specific approaches by answering a few carefully selected open questions. You can do this when you invite an athlete during onboarding, or add and revisit it at any time from Your account -> Methodology -> Athlete-specific methodologies.

Wyder never trains AI models on athlete data, nor do we sell or expose it. Any insights you give to the co-pilot remain under your control, in your private environment.

What this does

Your personal AI co-pilot treats an athlete-specific methodology as the final word on how to work with that athlete, ahead of your general coaching approach. Every conversation you have about them (See The co-pilot for one athlete), every training plan or workout it drafts on their behalf, and every recap it writes about their week all get built with this context in mind. The more accurately it reflects how this specific athlete actually needs to be coached, the more each of those outputs feels genuinely built for them, rather than a generic plan with their name on it.
