Aches and illnesses

See what aches an athlete has reported via the Wyder app.

Helping you track and prevent

Each condition an athlete reports has a type (ache, injury, illness, or other), a status (active or resolved), and a running timeline of entries. Each entry has a severity score, a short description, and sometimes a link back to the specific session it came up around, connecting training load and injury context directly. That link is what helps you spot whether something in your plan might be contributing, rather than treating every complaint as an isolated event.

The Aches & illnesses tab, showing an active condition's severity timeline

Athletes log these themselves, in their own Wyder app, right after or during a session. This tab keeps you informed of what they've reported, so a developing issue gets addressed before it derails a whole training block. At the same time, it lets the AI co-pilot factor in any changes to the athlete's needs.
