A dashboard built around how you think
Every coach watches different numbers depending on their sport and their own approach, so instead of handing you a generic report, Wyder lets you build the view yourself. From an athlete's Training metrics tab, drag and drop graph panels and text panels onto a resizable canvas, placing them wherever makes sense to you, and give each graph its own title and time range. What you build is saved per athlete, so it's exactly what you'll see the next time you open their page.

Which graphs, and why
The graphs on offer cover three questions worth asking about any athlete: how well are they recovering (HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep), is their training load actually balanced (a fitness-and-fatigue view alongside weekly load by sport), and what are they actually capable of producing (power-duration for cycling, pace-duration for running). Arrange whichever combination answers what you personally want to know about this athlete, in whatever layout makes sense to you.
This is a curated set of graphs today, arranged however you like. Fully custom charting, unconstrained by that list, by chat, or by looking at one athlete at a time, is coming as the Data Workbench (see What's coming next).
Visualize data with your co-pilot
Your AI co-pilot can already generate visualizations for you as well, for a single athlete or across your whole roster, directly in the chat. Simply ask it what you want, as covered in What the co-pilot can help with. Think of the metrics dashboard and your AI co-pilot as complementary parts of the same data analysis toolkit: one you arrange yourself and revisit every time, the other you ask fresh whenever a specific question comes up.
