Plans and workouts
Draft or adjust a training plan or a workout, including a multi-week progression, from a plain-language description. See Building workouts with AI for more details. It can go further than drafting too: ask it to build a workout template, set up a zone scheme, or update an athlete's context directly, and it will, the same way you would by hand.
Your personal AI co-pilot can act directly on your plans, workouts, templates, zones, and athlete conditions. What it never does on its own is reach your athlete: nothing goes out until you've reviewed and activated it yourself.
Data, charted on demand
Ask it to analyze an athlete's data or put a chart together on demand, for one athlete or several at once, turning a question you'd otherwise have to dig for yourself into an answer in seconds.

If you want to go further, unconstrained by chat or by any fixed list of metrics, that's the Data Workbench, coming soon (see What's coming next).
It remembers
Your co-pilot carries context across your conversations, not just within one. Start a new chat about an athlete and it already knows what you discussed before, search across past conversations instead of hunting through them one by one, and a chat that's grown long automatically compacts behind the scenes, so it stays usable rather than becoming a reason to start over.
Recaps, drafted for you
Have it draft weekly recaps for you to review, so you already know what deserves your attention first by the time you sit down. It also factors in recovery signals like HRV, sleep, and resting heart rate where they're available, alongside training and compliance. See Weekly recaps.

Brainstorm sessions
Ask your AI co-pilot to think through coaching decisions with you. It can help you explore different approaches, weigh trade-offs, and generate ideas for training, communication, motivation, race planning, and more.
