Building workouts with AI

Describe the session you want, in plain language, and let the co-pilot build it.

More building, less clicks

Instead of assembling a workout block by block, or planning a week day by day, simply describe what you want to your personal AI co-pilot, including a whole multi-week block with a progression built in, and let it draft the structure for you to review and adjust.

This works the same way whatever the workout type, strength sessions included: describe the exercises and effort you're after, and it drafts those too.

What would normally take real planning time, especially for a multi-week progression, becomes a first draft you refine rather than a blank page you build from scratch.

See What the co-pilot can help with for the wider picture of what else it can take off your plate.

Describe the structure instead of stacking blocks

The same shortcut now sits inside the workout builder itself, for when you are already building one session rather than asking for a whole block of them.

On Build, the second step, the Workout structure panel takes a plain-language description instead of blocks you add one at a time.

Write the session the way you would write it in a training log, then click Build blocks. The warm-up, the repeats, the recoveries and the cool-down come back as ordinary editable blocks in order, with the session shape drawn above them.

It also tells you how it read anything vague. A session written around easy and threshold comes back noting that easy became 80 to 100% of LT1 pace and threshold became LT2 pace, so you see the assumption instead of discovering it later in the athlete's app.

Undo puts the panel back when the reading was wrong, and the manual block buttons are still right underneath for anything you would rather place by hand.

Nothing is saved until you confirm on the review step, so this is a first draft you correct rather than a commitment.
